HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 23, 2004, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Attorney Charles Northrup will file his appearance with the Board, and contact
complainant to begin discussing this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
