HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 3, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent did
not appear due to a scheduling conflict and advised the hearing officer of such. The
complainant represented that a revised and signed stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) was recently forwarded to the respondent for its review and signature.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 8, 2008, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
