HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has still been unable to provide complainant with documents seized
by federal officials on an unrelated matter. Complainant’s attorney plans to contact the US
attorney’s office to determine whether complainant will be able to pursue this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
