HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 11, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the respondent recently recommended
minor revisions to the permit application and anticipates that it will comply with the
recommendations. Petitioner represented that it will file a 70 day waiver of the statutory
deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 20, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status
conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
