HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 23, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The site has been cleaned, but complainant’s
attorney is waiting to hear from management regarding whether this case may be settled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 6, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
