HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 5, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant has been unable to reach respondent, and respondent has not
returned telephone calls. If respondent does not contact complainant before the next status
conference, this case may be set for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
