attorney, and hereby voluntarily dismisses the appeal of permit denial raised in this case
. In
support, Petitioner states as follows

Petitioner has determined that the relief sought in this case, of reversal of a denial of
a requested permit modification by the Respondent Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency, is no longer necessary
. Accordingly, Petitioner hereby
voluntarily withdraws the petition for review filed in this case .
