HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 4, 2007, the hearing officer contacted petitioner’s attorney to
determine whether this protective appeal was still needed in light of a related
enforcement case filed in circuit court. Petitioner’s attorney agreed to review the file
before the next status conference to determine whether this case may be dismissed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 1, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
