HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 21, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties were directed to obtain a list of possible hearing dates for
the weeks of September 10, 2007 through the week of October 1, 2007. The hearing may
last 4 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a
telephonic status conference with the hearing officer on June 28, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter.
