HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 19, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is still waiting to hear back from
respondent regarding the latest draft of the proposed stipulation and settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the People.
