HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is waiting to hear back from respondent
regarding the latest draft of the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement. The
parties hope that this case will be settled by the end of the year.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 19, 2005. The status conference shall be
initiated by the People.
