HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have met recently to discuss this matter, and petitioner is
compiling additional information for respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 21, 2007 . The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
