HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 14, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner continues to work with respondent on the new
application.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
