HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 29, 2007, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. As last reported, the additional testing requested by the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency had not been completed due to sewer issues. Respondent will find out the
status of these tests. Additionally, the parties continue to discuss closure, and the possibility that
additional testing will not be needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
