HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer, but may not have received notice. As last reported, due to
sewer issues, the additional testing requested by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
has not been completed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
