HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties hope to file the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement with
the Board before the next status conference, in which case that meeting shall be cancelled with
no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 25, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
