On June 14, 2006, the petitioner, King’s 66 Service Station (King’s), filed a
“memorandum of dismissal” the Board construes as a motion to voluntarily dismiss this
underground storage tank appeal. King’s states the parties have reached a settlement agreement.
The Board grants the petitioner’s motion, dismisses this case, and closes the docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
