HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 2, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. The parties last
reported that a settlement had been reached in this matter, and that petitioner’s attorney
would contact petitioner to determine whether the case may be dismissed. To date,
petitioner has not filed a motion to dismiss.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 6, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
