    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
    On September 19, 2006, the petitioner, Smoot Oil Company (Smoot), filed a motion
    (Mot.) requesting that the Board dismiss this Underground Storage Tank Fund appeal. Smoot
    states that the parties have “resolved the issues in dispute.” Mot. at 1. The Board grants Smoot’s
    motion, dismisses this case, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
