HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2005, parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The proposed settlement agreement is being circulated for signatures, and
should be filed before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 7, 2006. The call will be initiated by complainant, and the parties
shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
