HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2007
,
all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it has received its reimbursement monies from
the respondent and will initiate internal discussions on how to proceed, including the possibility
of filing a motion to voluntarily dismiss.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on
June 28, 2007, at 12:00 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each
party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference,
the conference will be cancelled without further order.
