HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 8, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not
appear due to a scheduling conflict. The petitioner represented that settlement
discussions continue and information is being exchanged. The petitioner represented that
it will file an additional waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and including April
3, 2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on August 21, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
