HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 5, 2007, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it is still
proceeding with internal discussions, including discussions with its consultant. The
petitioner stated that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and
including December 31, 2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on May 23, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by
the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
without further order.
