    (Water Well Setback Exception)
    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On September 8, 2000, Gilberts Citgo L.L.C., filed a petition for a water well setback exception relating to
    installation of underground storage tanks (USTs) at a site located at the southeast corner of Route 72 and Center
    Road in Gilberts, Kane County, Illinois.
    On September 21, 2000, the Board ordered petitioner to file an amended petition naming the affected well
    owner, Maria Caporso, as a party respondent. On September 29, 2000, petitioner filed an amended petition. The
    caption in today’s order reflects the proper parties.
    This petition is accepted for hearing. The Board directs that this matter proceed to hearing as expeditiously
    as practicable. The assigned hearing officer must set the matter for hearing in accordance with the requirements of
    the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/1 et seq. (1998)) and the Board’s procedural rules.
