HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 19, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear, but its employee, Dawn Hollis, advised petitioner
that the new permit would be sent out by April 26, 2007. Petitioner has advised respondent that
it needs the permit as soon as possible so that work at the site can be performed this summer,
rather than next winter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on May 3, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
