HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 20, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner continues to wait for respondent to send
the new permit. Respondent is directed to send the new permit before the next status conference,
or report to the hearing officer as to the reason for the delay.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 19, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
