    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On May 22, 2000, the petitioner filed a request for an extension of the 35-day appeal
    period of an Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS 5/40 (a)(1)
    (1998)). On May 30, 2000, the Board received a joint request by the parties, which was
    docketed as PCB 00-210 and which was granted by order in that docket today. The Board on
    its own motion accordingly dismisses this docket as unnecessary.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
