HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 13, 2001, a status conference was held. The parties reported that a discovery

issue has arisen. Specifically, the complainant represented that a discovery response is due

from the respondent. The respondent acknowledged that the response is due, and committed to

responding to the outstanding written discovery on or before August 3, 2001.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on August 27, 2001, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference shall be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
