HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 22, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that a draft stipulation and proposal for
settlement as to Murphy Farms, Inc., has been or will be exchanged for review. The
complainant represented that it encouraged with the settlement proceedings. The
complainant also represented that penalty discussions have been ongoing with The
Highlands, LLC (Highlands), with the complainant and its client reviewing financial
documents supplied by the respondent. The complainant represented that it is likewise
encouraged by settlement progress in the Highlands matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on August 17, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At
the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
