HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 15, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
parties requested that the discovery schedule be revised. The parties have submitted a proposed
agreed discovery schedule and is accepted to the extent as follows. Deposition of fact witnesses
must be completed on or before February 15, 2006. Complainant must disclose opinion and
expert witnesses and opinions on or before March 15, 2006. Respondents must disclose opinion
and expert witnesses and opinions on or before April 14, 2006. Depositions of all opinion and
expert witnesses must be completed by all parties on or before May 17, 2006. All written
discovery must be completed and responses served on or before June 16, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on February 16, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
