ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
On April 24, 2000, the complainant Union Oil Company of California d/b/a Unocal
(Unocal), filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss certain specified respondents from this action.
Specifically, Unocal seeks to dismiss Robert F. Atkins; Barge-Way Systems, Inc.; and Mobil
Oil Company. No response to this motion from any of the respondents has been received by
the Board.
Accordingly, the Board grants Unocal’s motion and hereby dismisses the following
respondents from this action: Robert F. Atkins; Barge-Way Systems, Inc.; and Mobil Oil
Company. All future Board and hearing officer orders should reflect these dismissals in the
caption.
At this time, the Board also grants the petition of Alice A. Seebach to appear
pro hac
vice
on behalf of UNOCAL.
The remaining parties should continue to comply with the hearing officer order of
April 27, 2000, in which discovery deadlines and tentative hearing dates were set.
