HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 9, 2007, the Board issued an order that closed this docket on the
grounds that petitioner had failed to pursue this matter diligently despite warnings from
the hearing officer. On August 13, 2007, petitioner filed a request for a 30-day
continuance. In light of the Board’s dismissal of the docket, petitioner’s request for
continuance is denied. Petitioner may file a motion for reconsideration with the Board if
necessary and appropriate.
