HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 6, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner was still
waiting for respondent to propose permit language that applies to the groundwater monitoring
provisions at issue in this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 2, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
