    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On March 28, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent’s
    attorney was going to consult with the technical unit to get the most recent permit language that
    applies to the groundwater monitoring provisions at issue in this case. If the parties agreed that
    the language would resolve this appeal, the appeal would be dismissed.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m., on May 1, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    petitioner.
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
