HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 20, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. The last hearing officer order
directed respondent to find out the status of the settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 25, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
