HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 24, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner will
move to voluntarily dismiss this appeal when it receives a permit for the small sources that
remain at the facility.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:45 p.m. on April 15, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
