HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 15, 2004, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it will complete a
corrective action report and submit it to the respondent for review in anticipation of a no further
remediation letter. Petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision
deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on September 16, 2004, at 9:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing
