    On August 24, 2000, Complainant filed a Motion to Stay Proceedings in this case.
    Complainant represented that the respondent agrees with the motion. Mot. at 2. Complainant
    seeks a stay to allow sufficient time to seriously consider a settlement offer made by respondent in
    this case and the third parties in another case pending before the Board, Environmental Site
    Developers, Inc. v. White & Brewer Trucking, Inc., PCB 96-180. Complainant requests that this
    matter be stayed for four months.
    Complainant’s motion for a stay is granted. As requested, this matter is stayed until
    December 31, 2000.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
