    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
    On August 28, 2000, Respondent filed an Agreed Motion to Stay the Proceeding. Respondent explained
    that currently the State of Illinois is considering a settlement offer in People v. White & Brewer Trucking, Inc., PCB
    97-11, which the parties anticipate will resolve this case as well as PCB 97-11. We note that on August 24, 2000, the
    People did file a Motion for Stay in PCB 97-11 and requested a four month stay so that it could consider a settlement
    offer. That motion was granted by Board order today, and that matter stayed until December 31, 2000.
    Respondent’s motion in this case is granted. This proceeding is stayed until
    December 31, 2000.
