HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The deposition for the final witness is going to be rescheduled on a date when
all parties are available. The parties expect the deposition to be completed before the next status
conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 8, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be
prepared to discuss the status of this case, and their readiness for hearing.
