HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 20, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant is reviewing respondent Ronnie Todd’s most recent
counter-offer to the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on September 24, 2007. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance.
