HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 16, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant continues to work on a response to respondent
Michel’s settlement proposal. The case pertaining to respondent Todd, the current owner
of the property, may be affected by the settlement with Michel.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2007. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance.
