HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 25, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner’s attorney represented the consultant that was assigned to this
matter has left the firm and that a new consultant will be assigned and briefed on this matter
prior within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on July 6, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,
but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
