HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On November 15, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The

petitioner’s attorney represented that petitioner will be closing its operations at its present site.

The petitioner will forward all the necessary information to the respondent for its review in the

near future.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on January 25, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

petitioner, but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter.
