HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 2, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant reports that respondent is in the process of hiring an
attorney, and would like to give the new attorney an opportunity to review the case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:30 a.m. on May 4, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
