HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties will meet to discuss this case. Petitioner agreed to
file a deadline waiver to July 16, 2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
