been

posted

on the

ipcb web

site, however

I

am unable

to

pull

up

details

of

proceedings

once

at the

list. I

was as

well

wondering

what

date

the

next

hearing

in this matter

will take

place.

Please note:

the Money

orders

enclosed

in the

latest appearance

Either

“may”

or “may

not” be related

to this

situation.

It took

approximately

two

weeks

to recieve

back

from my

bank and

were promptly

forwarded

to the

secret

service

in Springfield.

I possess

many

hours

of video

and picture

evidence

some

of

which

has

been viewed

by

US

EPA

investigator,

Brent

Marable.

If there

is any doubt

based on

the amount

I

have

sought I

offered in

good faith

to

resolve

this

issue by

reducing

the amount

to 100k.

Nokomis

representative

Mr.

Costa

responded

saying

he forwarded

the settlement

proposal

but

did not believe

they

would

act on

“any”

settlement.
