HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2009, respondent moved to extend the deadline for its
recommendation to April 17, 2009. Petitioner advised the hearing officer that it did not
object as long as the recommendation was filed electronically, or in a manner to ensure
that petitioner had the recommendation no later than April 17, 2009. The extension is
granted subject to petitioner’s requested conditions.
No further status conferences are planned before the hearing date, although the
parties may contact the hearing officer if anything arises.
