HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 19, 2008, the respondent filed a motion for an extension of time to
file the record in the above-captioned matter. The respondent represents that the
petitioner has no objection to this motion. To that end, the respondent’s motion is
granted and the record is now due to be filed on or before February 23, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on January 15, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
