HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have a tentative agreement, and are waiting for approval
from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on April 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
